The Ranger Service work with groups and businesses keen to get involved in doing their bit for the environment

We lead teacher/leader training courses, help with University projects, accept school work placements and work with people and groups of all ages and abilities

We can assist your group to complete Duke or Edinburgh
or John Muir Award requirements.

Contact us to work with your local community group to make positive changes to and promote your local area, eg a new path leaflet for Lennoxtown or an open day on Lenzie Moss.

What else do we do?

We work in partnership with East Dunbartonshire Council’s Access, Greenspace and Biodiversity Officers.

The Ranger Service is represented on East Dunbartonshire Access Forum. If you have any queries regarding the Scottish Outdoor Access Code or access issues within East Dunbartonshire please contact the Ranger Service.

Attend open days and fairs throughout East Dunbartonshire and South West Stirling District.
